We are currently seeking a HR Operations & Admin Senior Analyst to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assist with New Employee Orientations and ensure complete personnel files, including requests for all legal documents.
• Perform HR/related activities on HRIS tools (SAP/SuccessFactors), primarily concerning the employee life cycle (from Hire to Retire).
• Assist with document audits and urgent requests to scan, send, and upload documentation for internal/external audits or HR Business Partner requirements.
