Job Description
**HR Operations Specialist**
Location: **Juárez, NL** . / **Onsite**
**Kohler Samimex Opportunity**
BASIC FUNCTION
Under the supervision of the HRBP, Sanimex III, is responsible for providing support to the HRBP in executing key Human Resources strategies and processes, ensuring data analysis, employee management, and improvement of organizational performance metrics.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyze absenteeism and turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Maintain and record disciplinary actions of employees.
3. Keep track of statistics and information related to employee transportation.
4. Organize feedback sessions with employees.
5. Contribute to the execution of strategies to improve KPIs in collaboration with the HRBP.
6. Support department transfers and promotions.
7. Follow up with the payroll team on voluntary assistance requests for employees.
8. Oversee and monitor lockers.
