Please note that this role is based at our site in Łódź, and working onsite five days per week is required.

Key job responsibilities
- Support leaders at your site on HR matters
- Support the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environment
- Develop communication plans and initiatives to support manager with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcements
- Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects
- Collect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plans
