Job Description
HR & Payroll Administrator (Part-Time / Temporary) Osborne are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised HR & Payroll Administrator on behalf of our clients team on a temporary part-time basis. This role will suit someone who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment, work independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy across payroll and HR administration tasks Location: Dublin 1 Hours & Salary 1516 hours per week β¬20 per hour Temporary position (8-12 weeks) Working Arrangement On-site every Monday & Tuesday Flexible remote working available for remaining working days Key Responsibilities Preparing weekly payroll information for the Finance department; new starters, leavers, weekly changes Managing and monitoring the HR inbox Screening and managing incoming CVs and applications Tracking employee probation periods and related administration Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation Supporting day-to-day HR administrative duties as required Requirements Previous...
