We are looking for a HR Plant Manager to join our team in our plant in Brazil (Sete Lagoas/MG). The chosen candidate will be responsible to execute HR strategy, deal with recruitment, training, and development processes, managing local trends and needs building the best team in line with budget, guidelines and local labor laws and regulations. The role creates a diverse and inclusive ecosystem by leveraging talent management, succession planning and accurate total rewards for the assigned Plant, acting in full alignment with the leader above as well as the coherent with the organization model and HR policy and guidelines.
