What this role is aboutYou will lead Continuous Improvement across HR Operations, transforming Hire-to-Retire processes into efficient, scalable, and digital-first experiences. This role combines Lean Six Sigma, automation, and data-driven decision-making to elevate HR service delivery globally.
What you’ll be responsible for:- Optimize end-to-end HR processes (Onboarding, Internal Movements, Offboarding)
- Eliminate inefficiencies and standardize best practices across regions
- Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives (DMAIC, Kaizen) to improve quality and reduce cost
- Drive automation (RPA, Power Platform, AI) toward touchless operations
