Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform moderate process administration in his/her area of responsibility.
  • Responsible to solve tickets in system attending questions and requisitions from internal customers (HR, managers, employees).
  • Process HR transactions in system including new hires, onboarding, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
  • Document process completion based on the relevant Work Instruction and performs quality checks.
  • Support the design, application and continual improvement of HR processes.
  • Collaborate with HR Service Hub Leadership to ensure consistency and standardization across HR processes.
  • Handles moderate employee inquiries allocated in his/her queue. Resolves in priority order or forwards the employee related questions to the respective queue, informs requestor about inquiry status.
