Summary

As the Talent and Development (T&D) Site Coordinator, your main responsibility is to assist our production team in an extremely fast paced manufacturing environment. You provide support and co-ordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of Human Resources for all Team Members. Other responsibilities include Employee Relations, Recruitment, Health and Safety, Time and Attendance and other administrative tasks as required. Previous experience in a human resources environment within a manufacturing plant or warehouse is mandatory. This position supports production, including employee relations and recruitment; 70% of your time., there for experience in manufacturing/warehouse is required. Shift Timing - 6.30 am - 2.30 pm
