Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Kick-start your HR career in analytics by supporting the collection, preparation, and maintenance of HR data, with a strong focus on the German market

  • Bring numbers to life by contributing to regular HR reports headcount, turnover, KPIs) and supporting deeper analyses, for example in areas such as compensation benchmarks or pay structures

  • Ensure data quality while collaborating closely with HR teams in Germany and Austria

  • Act as a go-to contact for HR data topics, supporting colleagues with analyses and ad hoc requests, such as market comparisons or diversity-related evaluations gender pay gap insights)

  • Drive continuous improvement by helping to standardize and further develop reporting processes and tools

  • Build your technical skillset by working with modern reporting solutions Excel, SAP HCM) and supporting dashboards and templates
