Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and benchmark compensation and incentives
• Conduct job evaluations for classification accuracy
• Maintain data integrity for HR tools such as Workday
• Support HR projects and special assignments
• Analyze workforce data for trends in engagement and diversity
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in HR analyst/specialist roles
• Experience as a Workday super-user
• Degree in Commerce or Business Administration
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
