What You’ll Do

Manage Human Resources processes related to Personnel Administration, Labor Relations, and Employee Services, in order to maintain a healthy work environment while ensuring the alignment of these processes with corporate policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and client expectations within the scope of the relevant areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Comply with the policies and procedures based on the applicable management systems (EQMS, MESH Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), ATEX and IEC Ex guidelines as applicable and ISO-9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 standards, to comply with the Management System.
• Supervise personnel administration processes by validating the application of incidents and weekly and biweekly payroll processes, and reviewing processes related to payroll preparation (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SOX, organizational changes, severance payments, and terminations).
