1. HR Business Operation:
β’ Able to analyze employeeβs yearly appraisal to define organization development needs.
β’ Develop, implement, and review Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with legal requirement.
β’ Support leadership in creating and maintaining a positive organizational culture, emphasizing employee engagement and retention.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on Human Resources related issues such as career development, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
β’ Familiar with competency-based human resource management.
2. Compensation & Benefit:
β’ Monitor monthly payroll process.
