Job Description
The HRIS Analyst will provide day-to-day support in a fast-paced environment, assisting the wider HR team with system-related activities. This includes troubleshooting issues, understanding and interpreting system configurations, and clearly communicating system set-ups to stakeholders. The role also has a strong operational focus, supporting and driving key annual HR processes such as the performance review cycle, compensation reviews, and mandatory learning periods.
*This is a 12 month fixed-term contract*
In addition, the role includes a strong reporting element, working closely with key stakeholders and system users to deliver meaningful MI reporting. The HRIS Analyst will quickly adapt to and understand the organisationβs unique system configuration, using their knowledge and experience to identify opportunities to improve processes within and around Workday.
