Job Description
Elevate HR systems management with the County of Wellington as an HR Systems and Process Analyst. This 12-month full-time contract role involves both onsite support and extensive engagement with HRIS tools.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be instrumental in optimizing the HR information systems, analyzing data, and providing training on various HR technologies. Your background in HRIS and five years of experience in human resources will be crucial in supporting departmental functions, ensuring compliance, and enhancing overall HR processes.
