Key Responsibilities

• Ensure specific customer requirements.
• Participate in reducing poor quality costs generated in manufacturing processes.
• Ensure that preventive and corrective actions are taken in the production process seeking customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in the manufacturing area.
• PPAP submission for new launches and Engineering changes.
• Coordinate corrective actions with a cross functional team until 8 Ds are fully submitted to the customer and provide evidence.
• Document control.
• Leading Internal and external Audit.
• Follow and close non-conformance findings in Internal and external Audits.
• Review and close all eQIM.
• Manage compliance with applicable standards for contractor personnel, visitors and suppliers within the facilities, maintaining file control and training to avoid incidents during their activities.
