Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Governance & Controls Consultant with Human Resources for a 6‑month contract opportunity, with strong potential for extension.

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 1-3 days per week (including Mondays and the first Friday of each month) at a downtown Toronto office. The role focuses on supporting governance, risk, and control activities, with an emphasis on process documentation, compliance, and operational risk management within the Human Resources function.

Key Responsibilities

Provide guidance on design, implementation, and enhancement of controls aligned with internal frameworks within HR

Support development and maintenance of process documentation to meet governance and audit standards within HR
