What your day-to-day will look like

Here, HR is hands‑on, people‑focused, and close to the field:

• Be present on the floor, listening to employees and managers
• Support managers with their day‑to‑day challenges
• Help create an engaging work environment (activities, recognition, initiatives)
• Advise on employee relations and contribute to preventing issues
• Manage disability cases and support affected employees
• Actively participate in committees (Health & Safety, employee engagement, etc.)
