HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (Temporary Job Opening)

Within delegated authority, the Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities

• Participates in the selection of candidates for all categories positions, including evaluating and screening applications of candidates, preparing profiles of candidates, and advises on interview preparations; conducting roster searches for job openings and identifying shortlists of candidates.
• Reviews and creates the job openings in Inspira in line with operational requirements.
• Assists in the filling of posts for all categories, including ensuring the completion of the pre-recruitment formalities.
• Assists in organizing and coordinating candidates' assessments and in preparing analysis of results.
