**Responsibilities**:
Support in the recruitment and selection process, including posting of vacancies, resume review, interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers.
Collaborate in performance management, including reviewing goals and objectives, tracking evaluations, and supporting the implementation of improvement plans.
Participate in file management, vacation and leave tracking, among other related tasks.
Contribute in the preparation of reports and analysis related to the human resources area.
Support in the creation and maintenance of human resources policies and procedures.
University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related areas.
Conversational English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
