We are looking for a Bilingual HRBP to lead all HR processes in a growing bilingual BPO environment (Advanced English Level Required).

This role is idóneo for a hands‑on HR Business partner who enjoys owning the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with leadership, and building people processes that support both business goals and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Human Resources processes end-to-end
• Work hand to hand with all companies stakeholders.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Employee relations, engagement, and wellbeing
• Labor compliance and HR administration
• HR reporting and people metrics
• SG‑SST coordination
• Supervision of HR intern

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Postgraduate in Human Talent Management is highly valued
