Human Resources Business Partner โ Support Services
The Human Resources Business Partner (internally titled Manager, People โ Support Services) serves as the primary People Business Partner for Pursuitโs Support Services functions (e.g., IT, Finance, Revenue, Development) at the Director level and below. This role balances strategic partnership with handsโon execution, owning performance cycles, workforce planning, and recruiting support for roles in Support Services. Reporting to the Senior Director, People and Talent, the leader translates enterprise People strategies into practical solutions for Support Services teams, ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and engaging employee experience.
