The Human Resources Business Partner (internally titled Manager, People ‑ Support Services) serves as the primary People Business Partner for Pursuit’s Support Services functions (e.g., IT, Finance, Revenue, Development) at the Director level and below. This role balances strategic partnership with hands‑on execution, owning performance cycles, workforce planning, and recruiting support for roles in Support Services.
