About the role

We are actively searching for a Human Resources Business Partner. In this strategically focused role, the HRBP will act as a key partner in shaping a resilient and high‑performing workforce. They will lead initiatives that align people strategies with operational goals, proactively manage workforce‑related risks, and implement programs that drive talent development, retention, and productivity.

This role combines hands‑on execution with a forward‑thinking approach to ensure HR practices support organizational sustainability, compliance, and competitive advantage in a dynamic mining environment. The position is located at the Côté Gold Mine Site and reports to the HR Manager on a 4 on, 3 off schedule.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors, addressing inquiries or concerns, conducting investigations, and assisting with conflict resolution while ensuring confidentiality and fairness.
