Job Description

Your role


  • Act as an HR business partner to provide HR support to internal stakeholders, including manpower planning support, talent acquisition coordination, employee relations support, and contributing to talent & organization development initiatives within designated business units.

  • Add value to the business processes and operations and provide advice to managers on people’s matters.

  • Provide support in talent and performance management and retention by working closely with HR COE teams to drive business outcomes and implement related initiatives.

  • Build and foster trusted relationships with managers and leaders to ensure human capital efforts are aligned to business strategies.

  • Conduct data analytics and metrics to develop solutions to enhance the performance of people programs and productivity optimization.
