About the Role

Our client is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support HR operations across three local manufacturing sites, four shifts, and approximately 205 employees, including 25 salaried employees.

This role will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the President, management team, and employees. The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist experience, manufacturing exposure, ADP familiarity, and working knowledge of Ontario employment standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and hiring support across all sites.
• Partner with management on employee relations, performance issues, disciplinary actions, terminations, and general HR guidance.
