HR Generalist – ODRA Road Sweepers

Position Overview

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of human resources functions. This role manages the full recruitment cycle, oversees onboarding and offboarding processes, supports payroll and benefits administration, maintains HR records, coordinates employee engagement initiatives, and assists in ensuring compliance with health and safety standards for the US and Canada team. The HR Generalist will also serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns while providing support to the HR Manager during time away.
