Job Description
Drive HR excellence as a Human Resources Administrator with responsibilities in employee transactions and support services across North America. Leverage your attention to detail to enhance HR operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing employee transactions through the HRIS and managing inquiries via the HR shared inbox. Collaboration with payroll and HR teams is critical for ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Process employee transactions including leaves and address changes
β’ Prepare payroll documentation and support payroll team
β’ Maintain accurate employee files and generate necessary reports
β’ Work with HRIS IT team on system requirements
β’ Assist with audits ensuring compliance
