Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Lead Location: Penticton
Hours: 40 hours a week

Job Summary Manages and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory bodies in areas such as Employment Standards, Human Rights, Occupational Health and Safety and Immigration within a blended work setting.
Provides advice in areas such as collective agreement interpretation and administration, health and safety and quality assurance compliance for the agency. Brings relational leadership skills to foster a positive workplace culture.
