The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all HR Operations for Nidec Drives in Mexico, including full cycle talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and ensuring compliance with all country regulations.
Supervise, train and develop the human resources team in Mexico.
Administer benefit programs in Mexico in partnership with the Global HR Team, ensuring thorough employee communication and satisfaction.
Partner with Managers to address and resolve performance issues and employee conflicts.
Be the Mexico HR regulation expert and ensure CT complies with all country and local regulations.
Organize and ensure timely completion of compliance training and associated requirements.
Performs additional HR and administrative duties as assigned.
