Administration of collective agreements and various Board policies and programs, including disability management, attendance support, recruitment, labour relations, and/or others; Facilitation of labour management practices including Joint Union Management discussions; grievance procedures and others; Recruitment, orientation, and staffing for employee groups; Supporting Supervisors, Managers, and others with expert advice on managing employee performance, implementing disciplinary actions, and understanding Collective Agreements, among other topics; Providing reports, statistics and analysis to the Senior Management team; Provide advice on Board policies and procedures; Supervision of Human Resources Secretaries; Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent and/or Coordinator of Human Resources Services; Demonstrate a commitment to and documented success in working to create a fair, inclusive,
