Job Description
In this role, you will support the monthly payroll process (preparing input of payroll data to a third-party payroll provider), maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with governmental regulations and Polish Labour Law. You will be the primary contact for employee HR and compensation inquiries, while also overseeing sick leave and maternity-related leave management. Additionally, you'll administer working time regulations and support the configuration and use of the time management system.
Your Responsibilities
Back up and manage the monthly payroll process, including data gathering, verification, and provision to the third-party payroll provider.
Maintain employee payroll records, data, and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governmental regulations.
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and stakeholders on matters related to Polish Labour Law.
