The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Human Resources Specialist (R&P) with responsibility for planning, developing and carrying out the full range of recruitment, placement, and related advisory services for assigned organizations. Responsibilities Provides recruitment and placement services to assigned installation-level organizations. Provides management and employee advisory services on overseas employment requirements.
