Monitor daily workforce-related data, including working hours and attendance, track key metrics, and drive timely resolution and closure of exceptions.
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for full-time employees in the U.S., including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment progress tracking.
Support HR initiatives for full-time employees, including talent development, employee retention, employee experience, and employee relations.
