About the Role

Under the supervision of the Team Lead and Coordinator of Human Resources Staffing and Employee Relations, the successful candidate will proactively champion a high-quality, customer-focused approach to recruitment as a trusted talent partner. The role will lead the execution and continuous improvement of the Human Resources recruitment strategy and will manage the recruitment and selection processes for a number of employee groups.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working on a variety of duties simultaneously, is excited about bringing new ideas and rolling out new HR trends and initiatives in the area of recruitment and talent acquisition.
