Job Description
Embrace a hybrid role as a Sales Process Specialist with UL Solutions, located in the Toronto office. Engage with customers to optimize the post-sales experience for Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) products and services.
You will coordinate activities post-sale to ensure clients are successfully meeting their certification needs. Your role involves building trust, addressing technical issues, and facilitating communication between clients and UL personnel. Your contributions will play a key role in renewals and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
