IBDP Coordinator
Are you ready to shape the future of International Education in Senegal? Do you dream of leading schools toward excellence, navigating IB accreditation, or elevating pedagogical standards through analytical leadership?
Enko Education is continuing its impact in Senegal. We are currently looking for visionary IBDP Coordinators to join our schools. These roles offer unique challenges: focusing on the strategic journey toward IB accreditation and on high-level pedagogical leadership and team cohesion.
Your mission will revolve around two main pillars:
+ The Architect (Accreditation Focus): You will lead the transformative initiative of preparing a school for IBDP accreditation. You will design long-term academic plans, manage the 2026 accreditation roadmap, and build the foundation for a thriving IB community.
+ The Strategist (Pedagogical Excellence Focus): You will act as a deep-thinking leader capable of decrypting pedago...
