Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a top-class service to our clients
  • Direct contact with clients, intermediaries and other service providers
  • Perform bookings (bank, suppliers, interest etc.) under IFRS and LUX GAAP
  • Preparation and handling of payment instructions
  • Organize and handle regulatory filings (RCS etc.)
  • Responsible for the accounting file
  • Prepare periodic reporting for clients
  • Prepare and filing regulatory reports to the Central Bank
  • Follow up of client requests
  • Preparation of accounting related documentation (interest certificates, audit confirmations, residency certificates etc.).

    • Requirements:

  • BAC 3 in accounting with at least 1-3 year experience in accounting
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Eye for detail
  • Deadline oriented
  • Business focus
