This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer support by handling user inquiries, resolving account and payment-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple support channels.
The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, responsive, patient, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high-volume customer interactions. Experience in customer support, online platforms, fintech, e-commerce, or iGaming is highly preferred. Professional English communication is required due to collaboration with the global team.
