Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file family-based immigration petitions and applications, including forms I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, and all related supporting documents
• Collect, review, and organize client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Maintain and manage case files, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Communicate with clients to provide case updates, request documents, and respond to general inquiries
• Assist in preparing clients for USCIS interviews, including document review and guidance
• Draft cover letters, affidavits, and other supporting materials
• Monitor case progress and assist in responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
• Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely filings and full compliance with immigration regulations
