An important medical manufacturing company is looking for an Import/Export Assistant. Position summary Assistance in activities related to imports and exports, as well as customs compliance. Support in coordinating land, sea, and air transportation.

• Generate import and export records: compare identification information and part numbers, weight, or measure new items to be registered.
• Monitor and review inventories temporarily, submit permit extensions as required with the support of the import/export department to the Mexican authorities such as (COFEPRIS/SEMARNAT, etc.).
• Able to identify differences in the type of product and packaging.
• Coordinate transportation for imports and exports of the company in a timely manner.
• Keep an accurate report of imported raw materials versus physical inventory in the plant.
