Job Description
Lead the Member Service team in a direct supervisory position focused on enhancing member interactions and operations. Foster financial health and growth through dedicated service and team management in an on-site role.
As the Member Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the member service area. You will supervise staff to ensure quality service, guiding them to support members effectively. Your role will also involve recruiting and training new team members, reinforcing a strong service ethic within the Department.
