Job Description

Overview:

Join our team at a technology-driven digital printing company, where innovation and opportunity intersect. We're seeking a Bilingual Sales Executive (comfortable with both French and English) who can effectively use digital tools, automation, and the Xerox sales system to enhance our client engagement approach.

What you'll do:

Client Engagement

  • Convert inbound calls and web chats into leads and or service contract orders, with a focus on strategic upselling, cross-selling, building the equipment pipeline, and driving sales growth.
  • Take ownership of key performance metrics, including revenue generation, profit margins, and win rates, continuously striving for improvement.
  • Foster positive relationships with our field teams, collaborating to develop strategies for optimal coverage of overlaid accounts.
