Job Description

A typical day would involve:


  • Supporting delivery of Vancity’s first branch on First Nations land, a landmark project rooted in reconciliation and community partnership

  • Assisting with coordination across multiple workstreams, including construction, internal banking teams, Indigenous Banking, Marketing, and Facilities

  • Attending internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and track follow‑ups and action items

  • Helping organize project schedules, documentation, and approvals to keep work moving forward

  • Providing on‑site and off‑site project support as needed, including assisting the construction and fit‑out phase

  • Supporting change initiatives related to new or adapted banking models designed to better serve Indigenous communities
