Job Description

The Senior Buyer- Indirect Purchasing job responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead strategic sourcing activities for key Indirect Procurement services.
  • Manage tender strategy and planning utilizing collaborative project management with internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts which drive productivity and quality
  • Drive analysis and scenario strategy
  • Active role in negotiation guide preparation and negotiation with suppliers
  • Crisis management
  • Generate market intelligence and analysis to anticipate and mitigate supply risks in the medium/long term
  • Manage and develop strategic and operational level relationship with major and strategic suppliers to achieve expected productivity and quality
  • Develop ideas to improve operational efficiency and add value
