Bilton Welding & Manufacturing Ltd. is seeking Industrial Coaters to join our team at our shop in Innisfail, Alberta.

We operate one of Western Canada’s most advanced industrial blasting and coating facilities and are the only licensed shop in the region capable of executing this scale and diversity of coating systems under one roof.

Industrial Coater Wage: $32–$40/hour (based on experience & certifications)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Overtime: Minimum 10 hours/day and up to 6 days per week as required.
