* Troubleshoot problems on production lines

* Maintain and repair electrical components of existing machinery and equipment

* Upgrade machinery and equipment and install new electrical equipment while ensuring adherence to electrical codes

* Check control systems to ensure they are functioning properly

* Start ovens and ensure proper temperatures of ovens and treatment tanks ; ensure they are shut down properly as needed as well

* Perform regular PM routines, making repairs as required or informing Supervisor of any situation that requires attention

* Troubleshoot / Check all process instrumentation (process controls, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems) 

* Maintain and repair (as needed): AC/DC drives, weld equipment, electrical / electronic instrumentation, controls, burners, heaters, PLCs, lighting systems, facilities systems
