Job Description
This role is in charge of one important section inside TEF6, where standardised work activities are developed through time studies, MTM-1 analysis, and operator job balancing on production lines.
Create operator instructions, capacity tables, ergonomics analyses, layout development, routings creation, and control.
Participate in validation and installation of new production lines or equipment according to Bosch procedures (Industrial Engineering WSR).
Active participation in new projects to comply with standardized work requirements defined and maintained through time studies and MTM-1 analysis, PGL, Ergochecks, etc.
Create and maintain operator instructions (PQIs), standardized work, line balancing charts, bottleneck matrices according to established formats.
Develop time studies with specific frequency following CD-*****, using stopwatch or MTM-1 studies.
