Job Overview

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to administer medications and provide patient education in home, clinic and specialty settings. The role requires monitoring patient responses, documenting treatments, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with nursing standards and company policies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer medications (IV, IM, SC) at patient homes or specialty clinics.
• Monitor pre‑ and post‑injection/infusion responses and record all activities per protocol.
• Complete documentation as per policies, the College of Nurses, and Innomar ISO accreditation standards.
• Provide patient/caregiver education on product monographs and program protocols, individually or in groups.
• Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints per Innomar training and policies.
