Responsibilities

• Administer endpoint security, patch and vulnerability management, and mobile device administration across the City's endpoint estate.
• Supports client business units in their use of information technology and business systems.
• Performs desk‑side hardware and software troubleshooting as well as regular hardware refreshes.
• Performs information technology administration and other duties and responsibilities.
• Performs corporate endpoint management including endpoint patch management for cybersecurity compliance and currency (desktops, laptops, and mobile devices), vulnerability remediation, endpoint hardening, baseline configuration, and compliance reporting.
