Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Infrastructure / Disaster Recovery Engineer to support and optimize large-scale VMware environments. This role will focus on cluster performance, storage optimization, and ensuring strong disaster recovery readiness across the infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advanced VMware administration, including cluster optimization and performance tuning

• Analyze and improve host performance, datastore utilization, and VM distribution across environments

• Support disaster recovery testing and execute failover activities to validate system resilience

• Validate backup integrity, restore processes, and replication consistency across platforms

• Perform capacity modeling to ensure DR readiness and scalability
