Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Proposal Engineer to develop compelling and technically sound proposals for complex engineering projects. This role involves collaborating with sales, technical, and commercial teams to secure new business opportunities.

How will you make an impact

• Lead the preparation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
• Analyze RFPs, Invitations to Bid and other client documentation to identify key technical specifications and commercial terms.
• Develop innovative and cost‑effective technical solutions, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and R&D teams.
